The new package is a durable, jug handled, plastic container that holds 2lbs of granular repellent. The old package held only 1 lbs and was in a foil lined, paper tube that was susceptible to breakage and denting. The new Keep Off! Outdoor Granular Repellent (item 16910) has also been updated with labeling that consumer focus groups found visually appealing and simple to identify. The new Keep Off! Outdoor Granular Repellent (item 16910) utilizes the extremely effective active ingredient, Methyl Nonyl Ketone, which causes the mucus membranes within pets' nasal passages to become temporarily inflamed, causing the pet to leave the protected area.
